Help Build the Legal Backbone of SocialFi

Are you a law student ready to tackle the legal gray zones of Web3, social media, and influencer tech? Hashtag Influencer is seeking a sharp, curious Legal Intern or Extern to help us shape the legal frameworks of the SocialFi revolution.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our President and outside counsel on critical research, compliance structuring, and high-stakes documentation — from corporate governance to influencer IP. This isn’t just theory — this is real-world, real-time startup law.

What You’ll Bring

Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school;
A strong communicator with attention to legal nuance and detail;
Passionate about technology, fintech, and the evolving legal landscape of social media;
Able to navigate research, regulations, and legal drafting independently;

What You’ll Do

Research and analyze SEC, FTC, FCC rulings related to social media, crypto, and marketing;
Draft and review contracts, NDAs, LOIs, and legal templates;
Help build and organize internal legal frameworks and document repositories;
Collaborate on international subsidiary and IP structuring;
Conduct compliance audits across influencer marketing, finance, and tech verticals;
Gain first-hand experience in startup legal operations and emerging regulatory spaces;
